Dear Parish Family,
I submit this brief word of thanks the day before the Wade's leave on vacation. I'll be back at church on July 31. I simply want to restate my joy and gratitude to God for calling me to be the rector of this wonderful church. I look forward to the months of August and September with excitement. Please continue to practice the life of prayer and service - 20 minutes of silence a day, serving God's people from the deep well of grace offered by God to his people.
Elsewhere in this edition of The Word you will read that life goes on with vigor and purpose at your church. Read carefully, stay connected and say "yes" if you discern that you are called to serve.
