Care for the Caregiver

Care for the Caregiver is a Pastoral Care and an Outreach ministry.

Pastoral:

  • Provides information regarding local resources for a “care” situation.
  • Referrals: Aging care; Support upon hospital discharge; Support for both interim and long –term care for anyone, any age.
  • Support groups
  • Speakers, seminars with a healthcare topic

Outreach :

  • Memory Powered by Active Connections (MPAC)- Tues., 10am-2pm, Huffman Hall. An active, early memory loss program/respite. Contact: MPAC @stmattsaustin.org or Gidget Fisher, 328-2088
