*From the Silent Auction Committee of the Arts Festival: If you are one of the generous donors to the Auction and have not turned in your item or had it picked up, the committee would like to talk to you. There is some paperwork that needs to be completed before the big day! Please give Kay Whitney a call (345-0574). She would love to hear from you.

*Get Your Tickets Here ... Advanced sale of Meal Tickets for the upcoming Arts Festival are available before and after the regular 10:30 Sunday service (from today until 9/16) in the Commons. Call Carol Mynes (343-6801) or Jill Bacon (345-7999) to reserve tickets. Advance prices: $6.00 - Lunch $4 - High Tea $7 - Dinner ($8 at the door). Any single meal price will be capped at $20 per family. Reservations are definitely suggested so we can be sure there are enough meals to go around.

Support your Silent Auction! During the September 22nd Arts Festival at St. Matthew’s there will be a silent auction which needs items to be bid on during the day. How about it? Opening Our Hearts Through the Arts Festival Committee is accepting volunteers to participate in this fun filled day of outreach on Saturday, September 22nd. If you would like to get involved, please feel free to contact any of the committee members listed on the yellow flyer available in the Commons. You may also contact Kathleen Niendorff at 453-6300

One Grand Festival Celebration Service at

10:30 a.m.

Immediately following the worship service, the Associate Vestry will provide you good Food, Fun, Fellowship,

and Ice Cream from Amy’s.

This is a family event so everyone is welcome. The picnic will be in the Courtyard and Huffman Hall. Children’s Ministry will provide a moonwalk, petting zoo, and face painting for the children during this event
